The communication after booking had been great, via email and WhatsApp. The allocated driver, Alejandro, messaged that he would be waiting in the airport on the agreed time. We were earlier through security than expected and he was already waiting for us. The van we booked was super nice and clean and Alejandro was helpful with all our luggage. Great service!

Taxi from Javea
Local taxi services are usually available 24/7 and can be ordered online, by phone, or in the street. Getting to Alicante by cab will cost you from 110 euros and take around an hour and a quarter. A taxi trip to the nearest airport will take you a bit longer – around 1,5 hours and cost from 120 euros. Unlike pre-ordering a transfer beforehand, calling a taxi in the busy tourist season can be harder due to the lack of free taxi drivers.
Transfer from Javea
A pre-booked transfer is your choice if you don’t want to rely on taxi availability and value comfort of a private transportation. Transfers are especially popular among people traveling with small children and departing at night. To reserve a cab on Kiwitaxi website, you should specify your trip details in the order: exact pick-up time and place, a drop-off point, a number of passengers. If you travel with infants, you should indicate, how many child seats you need. After you place the order, you’ll get all the details together with the receipt to your email. Public Transport from Javea
There’s no train station in Javea, and the only means serving the route to Alicante is the Alsa bus. It’ll bring you there in 2,5 hours for 10-20 euros. Getting to Benidorm by the same coach will cost around 6 euros, the travel time will make an hour and 20 minutes. Apart from specific discommodity, local public transport operates limited hours – if departing late at night, you’ll have to take a taxi or a transfer.

How do I book a transfer in Javea?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.
Then, click on the “View Prices” button. Select the required transfer class and click "Book" to continue with the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer in Javea?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Javea is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Javea arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
