How to Get from Porto Airport to Other Destinations
Francisco Sa Carneiro Airport, better known as Porto Airport, is located 11 km from the center of Porto. It is the second-busiest air hub in Portugal. Public transport from Porto Airport
Public transportation is the best option for those who are traveling light. You can take a bus or metro in order to reach the center of Porto. It might be better to take a metro, as it takes less time and the price is the same – 3 euros. Metro departs every 20 minutes, and the journey takes 20 minutes. However, the subway does not work at night. Therefore, take a night bus, taxi or transfer if you arrive at the airport late. From Porto, you can easily get to other Portuguese cities.
