Delhi Airport to Agra: Transfers and Taxi
Transfers from Delhi Airport to Agra
For a tourist seeking a wonderful experience in the exuberant city of Agra, comfort and safety are essential.
Upon arrival at the air hub, one will find several travel options to get there, such as taxis, buses, and the metro amongst others. But note that the journey takes about 3 hours by car and the plane or rail service may get you delayed because of their fixed time of departure, and they will never take you directly to your destination. Buses will take double the time required, and cabs are particularly inconvenient for this trip.
Fortunately, there is a comfortable means of getting from this air hub to your destination— the transfer.
To ensure that you get a car available at the air hub just for you, book the service on the Kiwitaxi website. You have several car types to select from — just make a payment and get ready for some grand experience.
Your driver will await you upon your arrival at the air hub, help with your luggage, and you will be driven straight to your destination for the best experience of a lifetime.
The transfer saves you time and energy as you won't have to drag your luggage around to get a cab or other means of public transport.
Book a child seat if you are going with kids. The trip takes at most 4 hours and costs from 82 dollars.
Taxi from Delhi Airport to Agra
From Delhi Airport to Agra, the taxi fare varies from Rs 1000 to Rs 1500. The official cab color is black and yellow. They are mostly not air-conditioned.
Despite being very fast (taking about 2 h 43 min), cabs in this area are pricey and you may get cheated. Fraudulent drivers often alter their meters to make you pay more. There are lots of cars but the area is populated so that you may wait for some time to get a vacant cab. Cabmen often stuff their cabs to increase fare which may be inconvenient for you.
