Delhi Airport: useful information
The construction of Delhi Airport began during the Second World War by the US military. After the war, the right to own the air hub terminal passed to the government of India, who started to reconstruct the building with all seriousness. So, in 1970 the airport had already two terminals, and in 2010 - three. There is a free shuttle bus running between the terminals.
The infrastructure of Delhi Airport includes VIP-rooms, a hotel, shops and cafes. There are VIP rooms in each of the three terminals of the air hub. Passengers who are having a rest there, are provided with additional services: three meals a day, a gym and much more. The hotel provides rooms from economy to premium class. There are a spa and a small swimming pool.
