How do I find and book a transfer?

Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.

Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.

If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.

If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.

If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.

Paris has three air hubs — Charles de Gaulle, Orly, and Beauvais-Tille. Located 25 km from the city, Charles de Gaulle air hub is the major one. Orly is situated 15 km from the city and is used mainly for domestic flights. Beauvais is located 90 km from the city and handles mainly charter and low-cost flights.

A pre-arranged private transfer is a great travel option to reach your destination:

  1. It allows you to leave the air hub without delay. You don’t have to look for its pick-up location and wait there: when your flight arrives, our driver will already be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point inside the terminal building. He will be holding a sign with your name on it.

  2. You can pick the most comfortable vehicle for you. We offer a wide selection of car classes, so whether you go on a business trip, travel alone, with your family or a large group of friends, you’ll find the perfect option for you. Also, we offer child restraints for those who travel with small children.

  3. You can forget about possible communication problems. We’ll provide your driver will all the necessary info in advance, so you won’t need to learn basic French phrases to explain anything to him. 

With Kiwitaxi, you’ll reach your hotel in the city from Charles de Gaulle Airport in around 30 mins for 44€. Getting to your accommodation from Orly hub will take you 25 mins and will cost 45€. The price for the trip from Beauvais hub is 102€; the travel time is 1 hour and 20 mins.

Taxi from Paris Airport

Taxis at all three air hubs are waiting at the stands near the terminal exits. Always ignore those cab drivers who offer their services inside the terminals — those are unlicensed ones who often rip off tourists. A licensed taxi from the airport to Paris has a license plate outside the vehicle and a meter inside. Although they’re equipped with a meter, they usually offer flat rates for trips to the city.

From Paris airport taxi price varies: you will reach the city from Charles de Gaulle Airport for 53-58€, from Orly — for 32-37€, and from Beauvais — for 170€. At late evening and night hours, on Sundays, and during public holidays, prices are 15% higher.

There may be long lines for city airport taxis in Paris at the air hubs. If you don’t want to waste your time standing there, pre-book a transfer: in this case, you’ll be picked up right upon your arrival.

Public Transport from Paris Airport

You can also use public transportation (buses, trains, and trams) to reach the city, but note that this travel option takes a longer time, as those services usually make a lot of stops on the way. Also, you’re most likely to spend some time at the stop and in a line for ticket vending machines (sometimes, they can be very long). Besides, you will have to make a change (or even a few of them) in the city to get to your final destination. And the major drawback of this travel option is that it may be very packed during peak hours. Thus, if you need a more convenient option, take a transfer or taxi in Paris from airport to a hotel.
