How to Get from Copenhagen Airport to Other Destinations
Also known as Kastrup Airport and CPH, it is located 8 km from Copenhagen. It welcomes 30 million passengers a year from all over the world. Tourists often want to know how to get from the air hub to the Danish capital and many other cities. Ones take public transport, while others prefer a taxi or transfer.
Taxi from Copenhagen Airport
A taxi rank is located outside the airport. An average fare of a trip to the capital is 300 DKK (40 euros). A price of a taxi trip will be higher in case of traffic jams. Check if the taximeter is turned on while getting into the cab. In case you are going from the airport to other cities, it might be better to choose a transfer at a fixed fare, as taxi drivers can refuse to go too far from Copenhagen.
Transfer from Copenhagen Airport

Public transport from Copenhagen Airport
The train and metro stations are located in the Terminal 3. A 15-minute trip to Vanlose Station will cost you around 40 DKK (5 euros). A metro departs every 10 minutes. You can also take a train, depending on where exactly your final destination is situated.
Some bus lines connect the airport with Copenhagen. A journey takes around 30 minutes and also costs 5 euros. The bus 5A will ride you to the Central Station.
From Copenhagen, you can easily get to other European cities. Urban transportation is rare at night, therefore, we suggest you choose a taxi or transfer service.
