How do I find and book a transfer?

Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.

Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.

If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.

If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.

If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

How to Get from Varna to Varna Airport and Other Destinations

Varna is a resort town and the largest port located in Bulgaria. You can take a taxi, public transport or a transfer booked in advance to travel from Varna to the resorts of Golden Sands or Sunny Beach, as well as to the Airports of Varna and Burgas.

Taxi from Varna

Do you have a bad orientation in an unfamiliar country and do not know how to get to or from Varna to a neighboring town or airport? In this case you, as many tourists, should choose taxi services. Usually tourists who travel with heavy luggage or with young children prefer to order a car.

You can order a taxi in Varna in two ways: by using a mobile application or by calling a taxi service. Immediately after arriving to the city, we advise you to go to a mobile service shop and purchase a SIM-card of the local operator, so you will save money for communication. The largest mobile operators in Bulgaria are VivaCom, M-Tel and Telenor, but tourists are advised to connect to the latter. Many hotels and restaurants also provide free Wi-Fi.

There are several taxi companies in the city, however their tariffs do not really differ from each other. All official taxis have checkers and are painted yellow. In addition, they are equipped with taximeters, which reduce the likelihood of overstating the cost of the trip. However, the price of travel is still recommended to be negotiated in advance in order to avoid an unpleasant situation.

The cost of a taxi ride is usually written directly on the windshield of cars. For getting into a taxi you’ll pay about 0.5 euros, for 1 km of the way- 0.3 euros during the day and 0.4 euros at night. For example, you can get to Varna Airport by car in 15 minutes, the cost of the trip will be 3,5-5 euro.

Transfer from Varna

It is possible to reach Burgas Airport by public transport only with changes. First you need to take a train to the city of Burgas at the railway station, and then, after arriving to the city, change to the bus to the airport.
