How do I find and book a transfer?

Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.

Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.

If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.

If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.

If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

How to Get from Sunny Beach to Airport and Other Destinations

This biggest seaport in Bulgaria is located in the eastern region. If you do not know how to get from Sunny Beach to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport, Nessebar as well as to Varna Airport, Burgas Airport or Sofia Airport, you can use taxi, transfer or public transport.

Taxi from Sunny Beach

There are a few taxi companies on the resort. You can call a cab here in two ways: by phone or on the website of the company suitable for you. The prices of taxi services are very high since the resort is very popular with tourists.

A trip by car will cost you at least 2 euros. This is the fee for calling a cab. But some unscrupulous drivers deceive the clients asking 4 euros for the call. Each kilometer of the trip will cost you about 1,50 euros in the daytime and 1,80 at night, while every minute of waiting or idle time in a traffic jam will cost you 0,80 euros extra.

It will take you about 40 minutes to get by taxi from Sunny Beach to Burgas Airport. The fare will be approximately 28 euros. A taxi will take you to Varna Airport for about 51 euros in 1,5 hours.

If you have decided to call a taxi in Sunny Beach and get from there by cab, watch the route thoroughly, since the driver can deceive you by driving around the same places and increasing the price on the taximeter.

Transfer from Sunny Beach

The transfer will get you from Sunny Beach to Varna Airport in 1 hour and 30 minutes. At the same time, the fare will be about 68 euros for an Economy car class, and 216 euros for a Minibus 19 pax, which is able to accommodate up to 19 pieces of luggage.

The price for a trip to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport will be around 258 euros for an Economy car class, and 984 euros for a Minibus 16 pax. The travel time will be approximately 5 hours and 10 minutes.

It is necessary to book a transfer no later than 24 hours before the estimated date of the travel.

Public Transport from Sunny Beach

The resort is located far from big transport hubs, that is why it is possible to get from there to other cities only via neighbouring Varna and Burgas.

Burgas Airport is 40 km away from the resort, and you will have to make a change, getting there. First, you should get to the Burgas South Bus Station, then make a change to the bus №15, which runs every hour. In summer buses on the resort run every 10-30 minutes from 06.00 to 23.50, in winter the number of buses significantly decreases.

There is also one direct bus to the airport running every 40 minutes. The normal fare is 3 euros, the junior fare is 1,50 euros, and children under seven can go on that bus for free. The time en route will be around one hour. The bus stop is located 300 meters away from the air hub, and you will have to cover this distance on foot.

Varna is about 2 hours from the resort. The buses depart from the local bus station three times a day, at 08.00, 9.00 and 14.00, and all of them are passing ones. The ticket will cost you 6 euros. Then, you will have to get to the airport of the city by bus №409 from the Central Bus Station in Varna, the travel time will be about 15 minutes. The fare on urban transport costs 0,50 euros.

Sunny Beach: useful information

There are more than 800 hotels of different level of comfortability in Sunny Beach, hence everybody is able to find an appropriate place to live in.

The resort is perfectly suitable for the holiday with children since the beach is quite flat, and the sea water is transparent and clean.

The city is perfect for the youth recreation as well: in high season, the noisy discos take place here and the nightclubs are open almost round the clock.

On the resort, you can also practice diving, mini-golf, tennis, and bowling, drive a jeep, a quadricycle, an amphibian rover, and even visit a casino.
