Public Transport from Salzburg

The most comfortable mode of transportation from Salzburg to Vienna is the train. One can get to Vienna by Austrian Postbus. These buses run three times a day and reach the destination point just in 2 hours and 40 minutes. But a ticket for that bus will cost you 60 euros.

One can get to Munich by Flixbus as well. It runs six times a day, the fare is from 7 to 14 euros, and the travel time is about two hours.

Salzburg: useful information
