How to Get from Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery Airport to Other Destinations
AEP is the airport in Buenos Aires handling domestic flights and flights from/to the neighboring countries. Named after a famous Argentine aviator, this airport serves more than 10 million passengers annually. It’s located in the capital’s barrio of Palermo, along the Río de la Plata. People arriving at Jorge Newbery air hub leave it by public transportation or using taxi or private transfer services.

You may take a taxi cab from a rank near the terminal (it’s marked with a special sign). However, be ready to wait in a line, as there are usually lots of people wishing to hire a cab. Public Transport from Jorge Newbery Airport
If it is already late to book a transfer, there are a few bus lines connecting Jorge Newbery Airport and the city of Buenos Aires. Line 37 goes via Plaza Italia, and Lines 33 and 45 run through Retiro station and Microcentro. To travel by bus, you need to buy a SUBE card ($1). To find the stop, you need to exit the terminal, turn right and walk around 100 m.
If you’re arriving at Jorge Newbery air hub at night, it’s better to check the bus timetables in advance, as some of these lines may not run. Or you may pre-arrange a transfer or hire a taxi cab.
