What are the rates for a travel agent?
1. Gross rate: This includes transfer fees, providing a comprehensive view of the total cost.

2. Net rate: With a discount equivalent to the agency fee, this rate is automatically set upon registration.

For instance, if a transfer costs 30 EUR (USD), you only pay 25 EUR (USD) during booking. Importantly, in this scenario, the commission for the order doesn't accumulate on your balance.

For those who find it more convenient to operate with the gross rate, the process is straightforward. You pay the full transfer cost upfront, and your balance is subsequently credited with the commission for the order. These rewards accumulate gradually over time.

How much can I earn?
Kiwitaxi sets a commission for each transfer, which is then shared with you.

The approximate commission can range from 6% to 15% of the transfer price.

Important: Kiwitaxi's commission depends on the region where you book a transfer, but this does not affect your share of the fee, so you will always receive 50% of Kiwitaxi's commission.
When do I receive my commission?
The commission is paid every month after the minimum payout amount is reached (50 EUR or USD, depending on your balance currency). If the minimum payout amount is not reached, the payment will be carried over to the next month until the minimum payout amount is reached.

We will check your balance on the first day of each month. This means that you will receive the commission you have earned up to the first day of the current month. The money is transferred to your account on the 10th to 20th of the current month. Once the booking has been paid in full or in part, the commission will be set to 'Pending' status.

For example, a transfer costs 100 EUR (USD), but when you book it, you pay 88 EUR (USD). The commission for the order will no longer accumulate on the balance and you will receive 12 EUR (USD) directly from the client.

After the transfer has been successfully executed and after 14 days have passed (this is the time given to the customer to file a complaint), the commission is given the status of 'Confirmed'. And it is these commissions (with this status) that are paid out on the first day of each month after the minimum payment amount (50 EUR or USD) has been reached.

How can I find out how much commission I will earn in advance?
If you want to know how much commission you will earn for a booking, select a route. In the list of transfers, next to the price of a particular class, you'll see a standard travel agent commission.
Where can I view my commissions?
All commissions are available on the Balance tab of your personal account.
Why didn't I receive my commission for the order?
There are several reasons why commission may not be received.

Most likely, you didn't log in to your Personal Account and made these transfers as a regular user. Please make sure you are logged in. The URL of the page should contain https://b2b.kiwitaxi.com

The net rate is set in your account, so no commission is added to your balance. To learn more about the Net Tariff rules, please follow the link.
Is it possible to receive commission on orders placed outside of an Agent's Personal Cabinet?
If you have placed an order as a private individual and not from your Personal Cabinet, we can transfer the order to your Personal Cabinet and you will be able to receive the commission. In this case you can email us at agency@kiwitaxi.com.

Important note: We calculate commissions on orders that are not placed through the agent's Personal Cabinet, where the order creation date is no older than 180 days.
What does the commission status 'Pending approval' mean?
The 'Pending Approval' status of the commission means that the transfer has not yet been made, or it has been made but 14 days have not yet passed from the date of service provision. This period is intended for the acceptance of claims from the client. If the transfer has been successfully executed and there are no claims from the client, the commission automatically assumes the status 'Commission approved'.
How do we pay for bookings?
You can choose from the following options available to travel agents:

  • Bank card: prepayment online. Tourists pay the balance in cash to the driver
  • Bank card: Full payment online
  • Invoice. You can download the invoice on the confirmation page. We will also send it to your e-mail address. This payment method is not available if there are less than 7 days before the start of the transfer. In this case, we recommend that you pay online by bank card.
Do I need a contract?
There is no need to sign a contract. The basis of our cooperation is the public offer you accept when you register.
I would like to place Kiwitaxi links, banners, widgets on my website. What do I have to do?

You will earn 50% of Kiwitaxi's commission for each completed transfer. The average commission is 6 EUR per booking.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR/USD. Once this amount is reached, the funds will be automatically deducted and paid to the withdrawal method specified in your profile settings. We make monthly payments from the 10th to the 20th of each month.
How do I book a transfer for my client?
To book a transfer, log into your Personal Account.

You'll see a search bar on the first page.

In the top right corner you can select the currency in which the transfer price will be displayed - USD or Euro.

You can also select your pick-up and drop-off locations.

Important note: Please note that at this stage you are only selecting the pick up and drop off locations. This means that you select a city or airport, port, village, etc. You can specify the exact address and/or hotel name later; the transfer price will not change if this point is within the selected pick-up or drop-off location.
Step 1. Then enter the number of passengers (including children). Specify the return transfer if required.
Step 2. Click the 'Search' button.

Below the search bar you'll see all the transfer classes available for this transfer. Car descriptions and transfer prices will also be displayed. Consider the capacity of the vehicle. If the number of passengers exceeds the capacity of the vehicle, the service will be refused.
Step 3. Select a car class and the order information form will appear below. Fill in the information.
If you have a promo code, enter it in the 'Promo code' section. It will be automatically applied to your booking.

You can also make changes to your order here - if you suddenly decide you've chosen the wrong class of vehicle, you can change it by clicking the 'Choose another' button.

Step 4. During the booking process you can also choose some additional tourist services:

  • Drinking water;
  • An extra hour of waiting time;
  • An extra stop;
  • English speaking driver;
  • Transportation of ski equipment.
You'll also receive 50% of our commission for each additional service sold. Please note that these services are not available in all areas.

Important note: If there are children in the car, child seats must be ordered. Otherwise the driver is entitled to refuse the transfer.


Step 5. After filling in your order details, click the 'Proceed to payment' button.

Step 6. Select a payment method and pay for the order.

Once you've placed your order, it will be available in your account on the 'All orders' tab in the top left corner. Here you can check the status of your order.
How do I change my booking?

You can change your booking up to 24 hours before it is due to start.

Go to the 'All orders' page, select the booking you wish to change and click on it. You'll see a page with information about the booking.

Here you can change it, download a voucher or receipt, or cancel it.

How do I change the car class or add options to an existing booking?

Important note: that when making changes to an existing booking, the amount of commission will not change in proportion to the new price.
