If you have changed your travel plans, please let us know so that we take the necessary measures.
If you change the date or time of travel, route, flight number, contacts, or the number of passengers, we must notify the driver and get confirmation that he can take you. The sooner you let us know about the changes, the fewer problems will arise.

Specify the order number, your phone number and trip data that has changed. You will receive a confirmation letter from the manager that changes have been made and the trip will take place.
Contact the driver directly.
If something unexpected changes, such as your flight is delayed, please inform the driver directly by phone or Email. We will send you driver contacts before you go. Let the driver confirm that he’ll take you.
If your trip was canceled, please let us know about it so that the driver doesn't go in vain.
You can cancel your order from the confirmation Email that you recieved after the booking. Open the Email and click «Cancel Order» there.
You may also contact us to cancel the order.
If the order is canceled more than 24 hours before the transfer start time, the prepayment will be refunded within 5 business days.
